Yellowstone National Park

Yellowstone was the world’s first national park. The beautiful park is stretched out between the states of Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming. It is a park rich with geysers, hot springs, and mudpots. Recently wolves have been reintroduced, adding yet another awe-inspiring sight to the historic land.

The Grand Canyon

The Grand Canyon is wide and vast, stretching out for an almost unbelievable two-hundred and seventy-seven river miles long, one mile deep, and eighteen miles wide. Herds of bison can be seen roaming the area and the sights can leave a person breathless. To go out west and not see the Grand Canyon would be a waste.

Yosemite National Park

Yosemite is a wonderful national park, which has been protected by the United States Government since 1864. The park is almost twelve-hundred square miles in size. It is in California, which makes it one of the best final destinations for a westward bound excursion. The park is home to ninety different animal species.

Tombstone, Arizona

Tombstone, Arizona was one of the most historic and fabled locations of the “Old West.” It was in Tombstone, that the legendary Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday engaged in the most famous shootout of the old west at the “O.K. Corral.” Tombstone was the town labeled as “the town too tough to die”. Today, many parts of it have been preserved and to this day, the town hires actors to play out the gunfight for happy tourists.

Moaning Cavern

Moaning Cavern is an adventure park in California. There, adventurers can go ziplining or repel into the largest vertical chamber in a public cavern in California. The cave, “Moaning Cavern” makes incredible sounds that a person wouldn’t believe unless experiencing.
